Have you been here too?
You've been on countless diets, but you still struggle with loving your body. I’ve been there.

You've let others dictate how you feel about your worth, especially men. I’ve been there too.

You’re tired of chasing unrealistic body standards and just want to feel good in your skin. I have been there too.

Know this...

You CAN break free from the lies society has fed you about your body and discover the real beauty that comes from self-love.

This book will be your companion on that journey.

My Story
I’m Beckie Kullberg, a Certified High Performance Coach, an avid hiker, and like you, I’ve struggled with body image and self-worth. For years, I loathed my body and felt unworthy of love—believing if only I had the "perfect" body, everything else would fall into place.

After battling diet culture, toxic relationships, and my inner critic, I discovered that the problem was never my thighs—it was the unrealistic ideals I had internalized.

The Problems Do Not Lie In Your Thighs is my raw, personal journey of healing, self-love, and reclaiming my power—and I want to share it with you because you are worthy to feel empowered in your body too.

This book is for YOU if:
  • You’ve been dieting for years, but still feel unsatisfied with your body.
  • You’re tired of feeling unworthy or “not enough” because of how you look.
  • You're a woman over 40 who has spent years trying to fit into society’s narrow beauty standards.
  • You're seeking healing from negative self-image or toxic relationships.
  • You want to reclaim your sense of self-worth and confidence.
  • Oh, and have you ever felt like you needed someone else's approval to feel good about yourself?

You can learn practical ways to love and accept yourself, no matter where you are in your journey. This book will show you how.

Ready to break free from the cycle of body shame and step into your true power?
Inside this book, you’ll discover how to:
  • Silence your Inner Critic by learning how to replace negative self-talk with compassion and acceptance.
  • Let go of unrealistic body ideals, break free from society’s impossible beauty standards and embrace your natural self.
  • Heal from toxic relationships and understand how your past relationships, especially with men, have impacted your self-worth and how to heal.
  • Use practical steps to reclaim your confidence. These are actionable steps and exercises to help you shift your mindset and find genuine self-love.
  • Shift from body loathing to body love. You'll hear my personal stories of overcoming insecurity and embracing my true worth, no matter the number on the scale.
  • This book isn’t about perfection—it’s about finding joy in your journey, loving yourself as you are, and discovering your true power.
